At KATALYST CONNECT, Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri D.K. Shivakumar brought together 150+ leaders from Global Capability Centres across Karnataka, joined by Hon’ble Minister Shri Priyank M Kharge, MLA and KEONICS Chairman Shri Sharath Kumar Bache Gowda, and Dr. N Manjula, IAS, Secretary, Department of E, IT, BT and S&T, Government of Karnataka. Our leadership team, Vishwas Mudagal, Sonia Sharma, and Gilbert Millicent Nathan, represented GoodWorks Group at the table.
What stood out from the discussions was how clearly the state’s ambitions were laid out: attracting more global enterprises, deepening the innovation ecosystem, and making Karnataka a place where businesses can scale with confidence. As a company whose entire purpose is helping global organisations set up and grow their GCCs in India, that alignment matters to us it means the policy priorities and the ground realities we work with every day are moving in the same direction.
