Car&Bike is a comprehensive platform that helps users research, compare, and purchase both new as well as used cars and bikes with ease. It brings together reviews, specifications, prices, on-road offers, and dealership connections to simplify the entire vehicle buying journey.

Overview:

Car&Bike set out to streamline the automobile buying process by integrating information, comparison tools, financing options, and dealer access all in one platform. The goal was to create a digital-first ecosystem that reduces friction in vehicle discovery and purchase for both new vehicles as well as used vehicles. GoodWorkLabs collaborated with Mahindra’s Car&Bike team to design an intuitive, high-performance platform that enhances user experience and accelerates lead conversion.

Our Challenges:

Building a scalable platform that could manage large datasets vehicle specifications, pricing by region, dealer inventory, user reviews and still deliver a fast, responsive user experience. The solution also needed to support real-time offers, user personalisation, and seamless integration with external APIs like financing, insurance, and dealership networks.

Our Approach:

GoodWorkLabs designed a clean and intuitive UI to present complex data in a user-friendly way. We engineered a robust backend architecture to power search, comparison, and lead generation features. Our team also implemented dynamic filters, real-time inventory sync, and location-aware pricing for a customised experience with hyperlocal approach.
